mmm delicious!On top of making butter tarts (and walnut date muffins), I thought I'd whip up a batch of these and use the rest of my shredded coconut.
I let the milk boil and bubble a bit longer than normal to make sure that my cookies wouldn't end up really soft like last time. I didn't want that runny mess again. They turned out perfect!
