These were sooo delicious!
I've never made tuna before, but I always loved it in Japanese restaurants. I know it's served raw there as my delicious sashimi.
We were at Zehrs wondering what to have for dinner, and I had tuna on the back of my mind all day. I got to the fish counter and I saw these lovely delicious looking tuna steaks and just HAD to get them.
I was worried about them sticking to the grates on the BBQ, so I encrusted them with black and white sesame seeds and pan fried them to perfection.
